1/10 Bungee Jumping in New Zealand

Image title

New Zealand is the extreme sports hub of the world, and it was actually the birthplace of bungee jumping, which was first attempted in Queenstown. It's remained one of the best spots on the planet for bungee jumping, though adventure seekers will find practically an endless list of other exciting sports here too. In Auckland, you might even see people abseiling down, or climbing up, buildings as well as cycling in some rather unusual places.

To try bungee jumping, you might want to go to the place where it all began - Kawarau Bridge in Queenstown. Over 650,000 people have taken the plunge from this historic suspension bridge, with many dipping their heads in the stunning cerulean waters below. It's also the only Queenstown bungee that can be done as a tandem.
