1/13 Hydrate with H2O
Tanning depletes the skin of moisture, leaving you dehydrated from the inside out. To combat any feeling of dehydration (dizziness or extreme thirst) and overly dry skin, make sure you've got a water bottle handy at all times.
It's a good idea to drink before, during, and especially directly after you tan. This will ensure your body stays hydrated and you not only feel great, but look great too. So pack a couple bottles of water in your beach bag before heading down to the shores or pool!
